A shift code wasn't recognised when I scanned
Make sure the photo is well lit and the codes are clear. If one isn't recognised, add or fix that shift by hand afterwards. RotaCell remembers your mapping next time.
My pay or tax numbers look off
Check your pay rate, premiums and contracted hours in each job's settings, since every calculation uses them. Tax figures are an estimate based on public bands, and the app says so.
How do I stop sharing my rota?
Settings → Circle → Invite someone, then stop the live link or the iCloud share. The shared copy is deleted straight away.
How do I report a bug well?
Tell us what you were doing, what happened and what you expected, plus your iPhone model and iOS version. A screenshot or screen recording helps a lot.
